Okay, I switched to the tow tune, filled up with 91 octane and resized my so called 33 inch tires to 32 actual. Got my GPS unit out and tested the speedo, all is good. The GPS read 39-40 and my needle was at 40 exactly. So I'm happy that my speedo is calibrated. (I also tested at 20, 25 and 30)

Very good point! Most people forget that the speedo/odometer is way off with larger tires! You can't really calculate MPG if the distance traveled is wrong!

I have been quite impressed so far. I am only using the 87 tune and recalibrated for 285/70/17's and 3.73 gears. The tranny settings are much better and the correlation between the gas pedal and what it is telling the TB to do is much better.

Question:

I have my jk flashed. I need to take it to the dealer to get a couple of new keys programmed.

Do I need to put it back to factory before getting new keys?

PITA

Yes, if they change the programming in any way, the flash pack wont recognize it.
They reccomend to return to stock everytime it goes to the dealer, in case they install an update

I know it's probably in here somewhere (in the 247 pages...), but could someone let me know what mpg they're getting with the 87 tune? I just moved and my work commute is longer and packed with traffic, so the 93 tune has been pretty unfriendly to my bank account. I'm getting about 15.5mpg (highway only) with 33's, an airraid cai, spidertrax spacers (I heard not great for our non-existent aeros), and an mbrp exhaust. I'll switch back to the 93 when I get my raise or new job :P.

The best I do is about 16 on the highway with my 35's and the 91 tune.
Why don't you just change to the 87 and find out for yourself??

With my 3.5" lift and stock rubi tires i get a about 17-19 highway using the 87 tune. Probably about 1 mpg less if I use tow tune (87 octane gas) Most the time I can get 19 if there's no hills and I keep it under 65

Just bought a Flashpaq for my stock '08 JKU. What can I expect and what's the recommended tune to use?
