Superchips Flashpaq for JK, Initial Impressions
That's close enough to 32.5". I'm just surprise because my 35s are close to a 70 series profile and I get more sidewall flex at the same tire pressure, since they measure less than 34" using a very similar measurement process.
I currently only have the ProCal, and it take tire measurements to within a quarter of an inch, so maybe that is the threshold of the PCM.
This thread has convinced that the Flashpaq has the features that I am looking for. A few hundred posts ago on this thread someone jokingly posted that we were headed to 1000. I thought to myself: Yeah right, if it hits a 1000, I will buy a Flashpaq (something I was planning to do late late this year). I guess it is almost time to pay the piper.

I just installed The Goodyear Wrangler MT\R w\Kevlar yesterday and after the install is complete I walk out and look...............
..............Whoa those are much bigger. So I measure from the ground to the top of the tire using a level. And the 317\75\16 are 34.4 inches tall! My Baja Claws 317\75\16 were 33.25 tall new!
So my question is should I program them for 34.5 or 34.25? I'm thinking 34.25...

IMO, the difference is likely negligible since it is less than a 1% delta. If you want err on the conservative side go with 34.5, otherwise the use 34.25.
Otherwise, try one value for a tank of gas, then switch to see if you see a difference.

My experience has always been to shoot a bit low with the SC. My measured height always seems to run a bit taller than what I get calibrating with a GPS. Usually a quarter inch on the Jeep and a half inch on my heavier truck.
I didn read all of the posts... But JP magazine did a review of all the tuners they could find for the JK, the the Superchips gave the best performance increase .65 of a second 0-60 and like 7.1% increase in fuel economy. Twice the increase of the hypertech. After reading that, I'm pulling the trigger from Northridge4x4!!!!!
Sorry to take this Post Spot with something this trivial, but here it goes:
I had to get my Jeep inspected this week, so I backed out my "ESP Off" change, then I fell my FlashPaq back to Stock Tune, and then put 1/4 tank of 89 Octane in it. I drove it 75 miles before getting it inspected to allow time for the ECM to readjust. Well it's during those 75 miles of running stock, that you really get an appreciation for what the 93 Performance Tune really does. While running Stock, my throttle response was slack, my shift points were sloppy, and my mileage dropped about 1 MPG. Shoot, it has been raining here and I couldn't even get my Jeep to break a rear tire in the rain.
So yesterday after my inspection passed, I updated my FlashPaq, filled the tank with 93 Octane, installed the 93 Tune, disabled the ESP and now I'm back in the game. I'm so glad I only have to do that once a year.

Yep, going back to stock is always the most revealing. A similar thing happened to me when I blew out the power steering pump on my hemi Dodge Ram and had to go in for service, returning it to stock. While it was in I did a Flashpaq update that didn't download properly and was stuck for a week at stock until I found the time to do the download again. It was like Jimi without his stratocaster, Lebron without the ball in his hands as the clock was winding down and Joe McCarthy without any communists to chase.
Once I got an SC tune reinstalled I promptly burned off all the bad mojo rubber and actually lifted some asphalt from the parking lot at work.

I could not wait for the 1000th post. I placed my order with DJohnson. Now to wait for "Brown" to knock on my front door.
