I feel for you, there is something to be said, buying from a small dealer.
When I was searching for my Jeep, I came across them too and they offered to sell for $500 above invoice. That was the first time I heard about it and ask for a written quote that they faxed to me. I took that to my local dealer, they matched and I got my Jeep.
What I find odd is that mine and many others came with our name on the sticker and if you also ordered, yours should be there too.

Maybe it's time to tell that dealership to go F**k themselves and do a search of the CT dealers to see if someone else has what your looking for.
Either way we're all on your side and pulling for you.
If I can somehow help you in your search, let me know...after all, I'm only about a half hour away from you.

I wouldn't let them off the hook, that might be just what they want you to do !!They might have it hidden , and just when you give up, the car shows up from nowhere and they sell it to someone else .

As of right now (2/17 AM) I'm waiting on a phone call. I don't believe FOR A MINUTE that my Jeep is stuck under 11 feet of snow in Northern NY... if it was shipped on 1/27 (which Chrysler says it was) then how in the world did it NOT get delivered yet? (it could've been DRIVEN here by horse-and-buggy by now, for chrissakes...)
Bottom line: I'm not giving up - it totally sucks that I've had to wait so long already, but what's another week or two to get the EXACT Jeep I wanted, with all the features, etc. that I want? I'm pissed, but I'm letting it go FOR NOW. My revenge will come when I have the keys in hand, and everyone in their dealership can hear me yelling. Oh, and once DCX sends me a "satisfaction survey" ... he he he...

Hey, 888 Ordered My Rubi 11/6/06 from Gengras in East Hartford. Was originally supposed to be delivered the first half of Jan 07. I have to keep calling them for an update! My salesman said he would call and give me a weekly update. It's been 3 weeks, and no call! I called to Chrysler to find out the status. As of 2/15 it is D status. What a bummer

Sorry to hear about your wait - is Gengras giving you any estimates as to when you'll be able to drive it home? Figure if it's not in D-1 yet, you're probably looking toward the end of April with the shipping time... VERY sorry for you! :sad:

Again, I'm sorry to hear about your delay - puts mine in perspective a little, except that I was originally told "late Feb." when I ordered. That would've been fine - BUT - on my B-day (2/1) they tell my wife that it'll be ready on HER B-day (2/8). So, they totally got my hopes up, and then smashed them...
