Agreed. I was gonna just let it go. And I have read this entire thread. I was just wondering if it had been dyno'd yet. At this stage in developement I'm supprised it hasn't. I wasn't expecting dramatic numbers I just wanted to know what they were. sometimes a duplicate question is legit at a later date in developement. Just the same as people saying when can I buy already. How many times has that been asked?

Sorry if my response pissed anyone off... After reading it I guess I was a little short....

Dyno numbers are no good if you are still making changes.... As for the product we are on our first pre-production test point. (3) full kits being installed and reviewed. I'm sorry this has taken as long as it has.. If anything you get a chance to see just what is involved with the development of any product. Plastic units can be hard to work with because of so much that has to go into getting all the parts to fit and function as intended. I do hope this shows how much any manufacture puts into the products they bring to market... Lots of time and hard work. I do wish I could have pulled all this off in steel. That stuff is easier...

I also want this to market.... More than ANY of you guys... but my rep is on the line and if I fail I would never hear the end of it... SOOOOO no pressure here.

I'm gonna take my jeep swimming every day until I get a chance to install it, and if it breaks, I'm blaming Rugged Ridge!

Give me snorkel, or give me hydrolock!

No, no, no, your fine I understood what you were trying say. I've developed products myself in the RV market so I know what your saying. Several other people kind jumped me about my question and somewhat rightfully so. What I was getting at is that at some point in time I would think a dyno would be ran just for the fact you don't want to put out a product that drops HP by any significant amount. I think why I got jumped about the question is after I mentioned a programmer and exhaust. That was just what I plan on doing and was speculating based on your dyno numbers. I'm still pretty sold on the product even if it gives the same dyno numbers as factory. if they're better, that would even help my cause even more. I'm a number cruntcher and was just curious where they may be at that's all. Look forward to the results.

Seen this new Rugged Ridge Snorkel at SEMA & have been following this thread for a long time. It was great to finally see the real product. Love how it installs, functions & looks, even up close. Rep says they had some sort of issues with the molding process, thus, delaying it's release a little. Rep said they expect to release it in November or December. Just checked the Omix-Ada new product releases for November, but it's not released just yet. Maybe December? I will definitely be picking one up as soon as they come out. It will be a hot selling product for sure.

Since the very beginning when I began following this thread I have gotten married, bought a new house, changed jobs, and knocked up my wife, not to mention that I also saw my youngest brother get married, knock up his wife, go to Afghanistan, come home, and go back again. At this point, what's another couple months in the grand scheme of things? I'll just be very grateful when it hits the market, whenever that may be. Hopefully it will be before all my money starts going to diapers though.

**and just for the record before the comments roll in, no, I did not actually SEE my brother knock up his wife. Don't take that to literally people....
