What would you like in a snorkel design?
I have been reading this thread sinse it started, but I really dont expect someone who just saw it to read all 121 pages to get a simple answer they may have. Yea people asked the same question again, who friggin cares. Dont respond if its a big deal to you. There really is no need to to be a dick.
Agreed. I was gonna just let it go. And I have read this entire thread. I was just wondering if it had been dyno'd yet. At this stage in developement I'm supprised it hasn't. I wasn't expecting dramatic numbers I just wanted to know what they were. sometimes a duplicate question is legit at a later date in developement. Just the same as people saying when can I buy already. How many times has that been asked?
Sorry if my response pissed anyone off... After reading it I guess I was a little short....
Dyno numbers are no good if you are still making changes.... As for the product we are on our first pre-production test point. (3) full kits being installed and reviewed. I'm sorry this has taken as long as it has.. If anything you get a chance to see just what is involved with the development of any product. Plastic units can be hard to work with because of so much that has to go into getting all the parts to fit and function as intended. I do hope this shows how much any manufacture puts into the products they bring to market... Lots of time and hard work. I do wish I could have pulled all this off in steel. That stuff is easier...

I also want this to market.... More than ANY of you guys... but my rep is on the line and if I fail I would never hear the end of it... SOOOOO no pressure here.
I am thinkin something in the 300$ ballpark i dont mind cutting anything i like the look of the base you have on the first page very nice but if the price is write count me in!!!!! Good Luck

Seen this new Rugged Ridge Snorkel at SEMA & have been following this thread for a long time. It was great to finally see the real product. Love how it installs, functions & looks, even up close. Rep says they had some sort of issues with the molding process, thus, delaying it's release a little. Rep said they expect to release it in November or December. Just checked the Omix-Ada new product releases for November, but it's not released just yet. Maybe December? I will definitely be picking one up as soon as they come out. It will be a hot selling product for sure.
Since the very beginning when I began following this thread I have gotten married, bought a new house, changed jobs, and knocked up my wife, not to mention that I also saw my youngest brother get married, knock up his wife, go to Afghanistan, come home, and go back again. At this point, what's another couple months in the grand scheme of things? I'll just be very grateful when it hits the market, whenever that may be. Hopefully it will be before all my money starts going to diapers though.
**and just for the record before the comments roll in, no, I did not actually SEE my brother knock up his wife. Don't take that to literally people....
