KC brand, bought off Amazon.

amazon.com/gp/product/B0002GXP8G/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i02

"KC Light Shield - 6 Inch Round Clear Acrylic Cover (Pair)"

Amazon calls them acrylic, but on the KC website they are described as polycarbonate. They are also available in blue (no idea why) or amber.

Just installed yesterday; have not tried at night. These are the long range lights and are now mounted just above the windshield (used to be behind the Freedom Top panels; but moved once I got the MBRP rack extension installed).

Looks great!
The low mount Rugged Ridge modular snorkel has the advantage of going under the battery.
With dual batteries, the advantage "doubles"...

The low mount intake is facing downwards, so over the hood splash cannot get in.
It sits low and close to the cowl, so it's less vulnerable than most snorkels.
The extension too, if used, is less exposed to branches etc'.
Fits the Gobi rack.

I felt the same way, so I painted mine. They are still somewhat noticeable but I prefer the look of the rock guards.

Brought my new trailer home today....What do you think. I plan to use it more as a base camp type trailer, have my own version of a roof top tent to go on top. It has 4 compartments on the sides that are big enough to store a 150 qt cooler (to give you a size idea). The trailer is 4ft by 7ft. All aluminum, it is very light. I hope it works out, only paid a couple hundred for it so if it doesnt no biggy.

Might put my old rubi wheels/tires on it, not sure yet.

Cool, lots of possibilities with your build. Definitely put some bigger tires on it! Make sure to post up pics as you go.

Default How's the FoxWing Awning working out?
