Basically my understanding is a pendulum is like a mercury switch or a metal connector that moves mechanically as you brake. A digital accelerometer is what is in a cell phone that let it know direction and movement. The digital is more accurate and doesn't give you problems in inclines or declines where the old ones would brake even if you weren't braking the vehicle.

That is my understanding of the technology.

Default Redwood Forest CA

Had an amazing weekend at the Redwood National Forest in CA. Im a Star Wars nerd and couldnt think of a better way to celebrate May 4th than on Endor, lol. It was our first long trip with the trailer. The 4.88s worked awesome through the mountain passes. Here are a few pics of the park and the coast of CA.

I have the Eno Double. Hang it from the "oh shit" handle in the passenger front and on the back roll bar. Set it up on a fishing trip, I was little twisted up. The handle hem snapped at 3am while I was out cold. Hurt like hell hitting the deck, but I just lied there until morning... Son of a...

I love it! That is a beautiful area! I hope to get back there in the next year or 2.
