Wow, 9/32 may be more than I was thinking. That's a great price you got for them!

They were able to shed enough mud to pull me up the hill. I was shocked. We then took to some country roads and then I75 for a 7.5 hour trip home, with a nice, smooth, quiet ride. I'm really pleased with them. I'm doing a 5 tire rotation on my JL and have 24k miles on them now. They are wearing as if they will go a long, long time.

I knew you had the tire through its paces and wanted to see what to expect long-term. Glad to hear they've been great! Btw, I've done some pretty good snow with them and they were outstanding.
We have a 2012 F-350 that is on its third set of KO2's. We seem to get about 65-70,000 miles out of them. Almost all on paved roads and most of that is interstate highway. A lot of that is also when the truck is loaded down with about 3000 pounds of tools is the cargo box. We have had pretty good luck with them and been really happy with them and as soon as my 2015 F-350 needs tires I'll be putting a set of KO2's on it also. Even when they got towards the end of their tread life they still rode smooth and stayed relatively quiet. They have done excellent in snow and sleet, better than the Ridge Grapplers on my Jeep seem to do in similar conditions but I like my Nitto's better for offroad than the KO2's with their more aggressive tread pattern.

Hope things are going well for you D! Kelly still talks about how much fun she had (and how terrified she was) when we all went wheeling together about this time of the month last year.

Got my rack built with tire swing out. Added my tailgate table. The swing out will hold a detachable 30" stainless prep station for cooking as well. I've still got to get it powder coated, then I'll mount the roof top tent and awning.

That's a really nice looking build.

Thank you, sir. Just dropped the rack off for powder coating last night. My wife co-owns the business with a partner. So it will get done when time permits. Hope to get it back this week and get it set up. I'm pretty excited about it. Unfortunately, the Michigan weather has hit us early this year. Might have to try winter camping at least once this year to see how that goes.

*And happy Veteran's Day, Chief.

Default Got it back!

I just got my rack back yesterday. My luck, just when I dropped it off, they got really busy with commercial customers.(wife co-owns the business) So, I had to wait a bit. But here it is with fresh powder coat. I should get the tent and awning mounted this weekend. Oh, then my awesome wife surprised me when I got home with a set of traction boards! So stoked!!

Got some things mounted up this weekend. Can't hardly wait until we get to go out and have our first camping trip with it.

Nailed it. Smittybilt Overlander tent (PN: 2783) Smittybilt Awning (PN: 2784) and the Smittybilt Overlander Annex (PN: 2788).

Fit the budget and has good reviews.
