I've always wanted a Jeep since I was a kid. It's always me and a buddy when I wheel, so I got a 2dr. When I bought my JK, the dealer offered me a silver rubi unlimited for the same price as the 2dr. Same options, everything. I turned him down on the offer because I didn't want anything else but a 2dr. The other reason I didn't want a 4dr is because I just didn't like the look of a 4dr with no doors or half doors. In my opinion, 4drs look best with 37"+ tires.

For everyone that is single and doesn't have kids or any friends that they want to take with them when they enjoy their Jeep, what would you do if you did have people that you wanted/needed to take with you places.
Um, just because it has two doors doesn't mean it only has two seats. And did you know they also offer colors other then black now?

I just wanted a 2 door, no other reason really. I like the unlimiteds, but it just wasn't what I wanted at the time.
I get a kick out of the "soccer mom" comments, what's up with that? So what if it's a soccer Mom or soccer Dad?, some of those soccer Moms and dads can probably out wheel some of the so called true Jeepers out there anyday.
If someone buys a Jeep and never takes it offroad, so what?, Stop worrying about what other people do with their rigs.
Get over yourselves 4 door haters, I drive a 2 door but I think the 4 door has earned it's spot as a true Jeep. Hell, even the IFS Jeeps out perform other SUV's in their class, you know why?, because they're Jeeps.

JEEP!

True, I just heard horror stories of trying to access the rear seat and couldn't see trying to get my son in and out of it. Is it as bad as they say trying to get in the back seat, or is it not that bad.
Truth be told I would have loved to have bought a 2 door Rubicon for the same money I spent on my Unlimited "s"package, it just simply wasn't a practical option for me.

My 70 year old dad can get in the back no problem. Also, all my neices and nephews have 0 issues getting in and out. I can see it being difficult to put a car seat back there for a new born or something that needs to be removed with the kid. But that'd be the biggest issue as far as accessibility goes.

Its not an issue on the '11 since they brought the fold/tumble passenger seat back this year, I can even get my big azz back there no problem.

I had a chat with a woman on facebook about jeeps and she said she doesn't wave to the jeeps with the square headlights. She said they aren't jeeps. I pointed out to her that some people feel the same way about her unlimited.

Personally, I feel they are all jeeps. I'm not going to dis someone because the jeep available when they bought had square headlights or they wanted the four doors (and extra seat) or jeep only offers a real squared off design. Any jeep is cool and I am just happy to finally have a wrangler.

By the way, she saw my point and agreed. I think she waves at square headlights now.
