First tune the vehicle so it is vinlocked to the programmer. Log on to the internet update site while vinlocked to your vehicle. If this is the first time updating download the software here:https://www.superchips.com/default.a...id=30&psid=886

Once you have successfully downloaded the software and created a username and password the site will have you plug in your programmer with the USB cable that came in the box with your programmer.

If the Advanced trans tuning feature does not immediately show up in one of the options boxes look up at the top of the screen for a drop down menu and select "vehicle one".

The option should show up with the price listed. Select it along with what other features you want and then move on to the store checkout.

Pay and then you are ready to play.

Scott

x2 on the question. I am about to load up 91 octane and try the 91 octane tune or the tow tune.

On the freeway with my 35's and the SC, I can hit 20 MPG and that's with 4.10's!

I noticed at least a 1 MPG jump when I put Mobil one in and a K&N air filter. My guess it the air filter did most of it, but I was really surprised! That's what I get for waiting 25,000 for an air-filter change.

Scott......can you explain a little about what the advantages are with the "advanced trans tuning" for $40., over what just setting the tire size does in helping shift points?

Default Very cool

Bought and installed my Flashpack this week. Installed the 87 octane tune, I think it made a noticable differance when cruising on the highway and you need to climb a hill. I travel the same route once per week and there are a few steep highway roads here, usually the Jeep would down shift(auto) on cruise and lose about 10 mph by the crest of the hill. Well today , we downshifted but MAINTAINED the speed all the way up the hill.....WOW. I also think the throttle is way more resposive. NO PINGING, Oh yea I used to get 13.5 L/100k on my highway drive. Today 12.2 L/100km. I"m sold.. Now whats the TOW tune do?? aND DO YOU NEED 93 to run it??

Default advanced trans tuning...

Definitely curious about this one. I order my SC FP a few weeks ago but I'm half a world away right now and not able to play with it (sts). If there is any info you can provide that would shed some light on the settings or modes that we can edit with this feature I'm all ears...

The crawl mode will be fine in between runs...

Where I wheel its similar and can get up to 30-40mph

But its not good when trying to get on the freeway or similar...
