Thanks!
What is the model number? The model that works with the JK is 3875.

I just updated mine, and the throttle responsiveness feature makes this tuner worth every penny.

Installed mine and it worked fine the first try. Noticed a big difference in bottom end and gained about 2 mpg. I would say it has the bang for the buck.

Question Flashpaq

I have searched a lot of posts, yet cannot find if Chrysler provides an equivalent or near equivalent. You would think that if this is such a great upgrade that Jeep would have their own. Unless they believe that there may be long term damage to the engine.

This has been explained at least a dozen times here. No Chrysler doesn't have an equivalent because they wouldn't need to. The Chrysler PCM is also set to the lowest common denominator, where performance isn't the first priority.

I've never heard of any Chrysler programmer. They gave us the 3.8.....what it is, is what it is. I doubt they have anything extra to get more out of the engine than what they gave us to start with.

OK, here are my initial impressions...NOT GOOD! I have followed the instructions to the letter and am getting the G-3F code...which when I looked on here I see others have had and seem to work out...I say this sucks that something can cost this much money, be heralded as an easy to use product and then not work as advertised! Moreover, the company is on shutdown until January 3...right at the conclusion of their rebate?!

I may just return this to Q'Tec before I wait much longer...pretty disappointed right now in this one.

I had this as well and realized i was the problem. When it says to turn the key on, make sure that u dont stop on acc possition. U have to turn all the way to engine run. The check engine light must come on along with the others before flashpaq will work. Ill bet u didnt turn key far enough either!

x2

That code is typically user error. Plenty of posts on it both here and on the forums at the superchips website...
