You guys have convinced mt to take the plunge. I was going to get a cat back, but this seems to be a much better value. I will give Northridge a try since they have a bunch of satisfied customers.

I have a basic 2009 X rolling on 29s. Stock except for Iridium plugs and a AFE drop in filter.
You won't be disappointed, got mine from Northridge in two days and have been driving around with the 87 tune set. There isn't a huge amount of power gain but what you do get are crisper shifts and a much stronger feel on the skinny pedal, both of which make the driving experience all the better. That and nd my milage has gone up about 1.5 mpg.

Newb question concerning programmers...

Does the Superchips allow you to make an adjustment if you change mufflers? Or full exhaust system?

Thanks

Does anyone know if they have tweeked the 87 tune lately, I tuned mine about 3 weeks ago and am happy with the results, I have heard other members report different results with tunes being upgraded. Just wondering.

I just updated my SC the other day and have been running the 87 cotane. tried updating again yesterday and no new updates. I would just re-update your SC and re-install the Tune.

Got another newb question. I've been running the Flashpaq on the 91 Octane performance tune and accurately set the tire size to account for my 35s (33.75 height). Last night I reprogrammed for the 93 Octane performance tune. I'm heading out for a long trip right after work and on the way in I noticed my gas mileage wasn't as good as it was with the 91 octane tune. I don't know if the reduced mileage is because of the tune or maybe because programming for the 93 tune reset my prior tire setting. I didn't install the stock settings before programming to the 93...went straight from the 91 to the 93 tune. Do I need to reset my tire size when I program a new performance tune in this manner?

I could easily check when I get home, but like I said I'm heading out on a long trip right after work. I would hate to get a speeding ticket because my speedo isn't correct. If nobody has the answer to this please let me know if 1500 RPMs sounds about right for 60 MPH with an auto, 3.73 gearing and 35s. Thanks!

I wouldn't think it would change but to make sure just check it......it will only take a couple minutes. Like you said.....you'd hate to get a ticket.

I need to bolt right after work and can't spend the hour+ it will take to run home and hook up the programmer. I think I'll just assume the speedo is 5MPH off and head out after work. Thanks!

I think you should be ok. I haven't adjusted my tire height, but have noticed that the fan settings and the top speed settings do not change when I changed between the 87 and 93 tunes. Would think the tire height would be the same .

Do you guys have the ability to adjust shift points / pressure for your autos? I can't seem to find the settings for them on my SC. Just wondering if those settings are out yet, or just not on my SC. I updated just a few days ago, so I think I have the latest and greatest, and they still don't appear to be there.
