Is anyone using the Data Logging part of this? I am thinking that I really need to play with it some more!

I got mine today and installed the 87 tune. It now drives like I have always wanted it to. Power is a little better, shifting is A LOT better, and it is overall just more pleasant to drive.

If you are thinking of getting one, don't think twice!

I loaded up the 87 tune a few days ago and yes the jeep drives alot better, smoother/faster acceleration, smoother idle, thottle response is much better and there is a bit more passing power especially on the highway. The only downside to the Flashpaq (its a big one) is the lurchy throttle, its almost neck snapping when you get off the gas in first or second gear, the jeep bucks and lurches forward almost like you got rear ended.

There have been quite a few of us complaining about this to Superchips. They are "aware of the situation", but we haven't got much of a response from them so far. The are saying that they are working on an adjustable throttle sensitivity tune, or something to that effect.

I know what you mean though......I get stuck in bumper to bumper traffic on 695 around Baltimore a few times a week, and it got so bad that I had to return mine to stock because it was undrivable in slow traffic. You can register over on the Superchips forum and add your name to the list of unhappy customers.

Yea I noticed that a little bit in the bumper to bumper traffic we had here for the lsu game last night, but its not nearly enough to make me register as an unhappy user. This damn thing makes my jeep so much more enjoyable with 35's and 410s. I can't wait for hot springs next month so I can test out the crawl tune!

You have a 6spd or an Auto? It's not nearly as bad with the Auto. I have a 6spd and i've gotta say its pretty bad, dont get me wrong im not unhappy overall with the programmer I think its great but superchips really needs to fix this issue soon seeing as alot of ppl have the same issue going on and they're going back to stock settings. Soon enough im gonna go back to stock, all highway driving for the next few days here so I wont even notice it for now but when I come back to the city im gonna go back to stock until they come up with a fix. OoPEZoO I already registered and informed Ron in a thread that I was having this issue as well, I hope they come up with a fix soon.

i am very pleased with mine as well. i did notice the lurchy throttle and i am glad i am not the only one. it seems the pedel is much more sensitive right at the top when u touch it.

i am sure they will fix the program.
only tried mine on the 87 tune. does it do it on all tune programs???

great product though!!!!!

I'm guessing mine is even more touchy due to me still running the stock 3.21 gears and 225 street tires. I have a set of 255 BFG MT's in the garage, but haven't picked up wheels yet. Once I do, I'm going to give it another try and see if its any better
