Superchips Flashpaq for JK, Initial Impressions
All of the Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep vehicles have a relearn that will take place when the PCM is reflashed. As stated above drive the vehicle as you would normally for a few miles to let it get to know the new program and you should be good to go from there.
There are no needed tuning adjustments to use a CAI with your Jeep so you are good to go there.
There are two TPMS tunes available to download The TPMS offroad feature is accessible only after you agree to our offroad waver listed on the internet update website.
If you did not see a waver then you did not download the TPMS offroad feature. You will need to revisit the site for that option.
Any questions feel free to PM me.

I just posted this on another thread but wanted to fan out for responses. I also would like to know if there are and specific settings I need to set for my AirAid CAI and where to find them and Where is the option to disable the TPMS for the tire pressure. I'm pretty sure I installed it from the store when I updated my SC firmware. Thanks
So I just installed the SC onto my 2 door 2010 6 speed JK with the 87 Octane tune. When I get on the gas hard I am hearing a noticeable pinging sound. Does it take a couple gas tanks of fuel to have the jeep recognize the new setting or will the pinging not go away. I updated the SC with the most up to date firmware. What has everyone else with a a manual transmission experienced? Should I try a different tune or what. Today is Saturday so I'll probably call Tech Support on Monday because regardless of the tune I'm using it shouldn't ping. SUGGESTIONS???

i didn't know there was a difference in the tune itself, but i'll have to check again. i believe they are the same tune, with the difference being the quick tune option is to tune only, whereas the other option let's you go through the other things - tire and gear settings, etc.

Just read this ENTIRE thread! It took me a few hours
Anyways, Great info! I currently have a hypertech max energy but just ordered a Superchips off of a guy on the forum today. I plan on testing both in all tune setting and report. 6 speed 35s with 3.73 is current setup.
I just hope there isnt a few hours of reading when I get back here for my updates from now to then

Just got my Flashpaq today. Ordered from Dave @ Northridge yesterday! Love that free next day ship!
Adjusted tire size for the Duratrac 33's I put on last week and set for the 87 tune. Quick skip around the blocks i can say that I definitely noticed a bit of increase in the pickup. Not nearly as much of a dog to get going. The JK is not a racecar, nor will it be with this, but definitely an improvement! Going to head out for a bit more of drive shortly and see how she goes. No knocking as far as I can hear (granted I don't think I've had anything that did it before, but pretty sure I know what that sound is). I'll report back later on if/when I see any mpg gains.

Okay I am confused. On the Superchips forum I asked the very same question. I can see and select the trans temp sensor (and a few others) but don't get a value. So if I select engine speed and transmission temperature, I see both sensor items displayed with a value for engine speed but no tranny temp value. On the forum I was told the tranny temp value would be available in a future update.
I know there are other OBDII gauges that can read the tranny temp (Aeroforce) of a JK. So if I understand what you are saying, since the value is available, I should be able to see it right now.
So should I be able to see it now or is the Flashpaq not reading everything that it should?
Thanks.
From what I can gather it's the DAQ software not being able to interpret the info at this time. I believe engineering has it on it's list of things to work on.

I searched back quite a ways in this thread but could not find any info more current than Sept. 2009 about Jeep warranties being jeopardized by having run the Superchips Flashpaq. Obviously, it should be put back to stock before being seen by the dealer, but is there anything new about the dealer being able to tell the SC/FP has been used? Anyone had any problems?
I may be completely off on this but I think the computer remembers something like 30 starts so if you set it back to stock right before you head to the dealership they can look (if they want to) and see that soemthing happened recently changing the history. I've always set it back to stock a few days before taking it in to make sure the history is built back up. This is all based on word of mouth knowledge from a guy I know that worked at a dealership so I make no claims to the validity. I do it just in case.
