Pardon my laziness if this has already been covered, but there are over 2,400 posts in this thread and I didn't scan them all...

Does Superchips do anything for you if you have a manual transmission? Seems much of the benefits of programming would be lost.

Thanks! One other question, I got an AFE CAI, should I leave in on or put the stock box back on? Has anyone noticed a difference, I know the manual says CAI are approved, but not sure if tunes are for stock intakes only?

Absolutely. Run the 91 tune. You will definitely feel the power difference.

It will be the best mod you've done ! Better Mpgs. Power u can feel and a must if you have bigger tires to re calibrate your speedo. I have a manual.

Some have said that running a Cai with the tunes can cause overly lean conditions, but it should be fine with one. Keep an ear out for detonation (pinging)

Thanks Surf and Jay for the responses. As soon as my bumper project is done, I'll need something else to do! (Assuming the release for the 2012 JK's is out this year...)
