I just received my flashpaq. I did the update on the internet then went out to the JK, a few minutes later, all done.
I went with the 93 performance setting just to see. I am running a X 6spd, 3.73's and 35's. I can feel the difference,
before when starting out you could feel the lag when trying to speed up. Now the JK just starts rolling along.
I can feel the power difference throughout the rpm range. Once Superchips adds the TPMS I will be 100% satisfied.
It will be a while before I can check the mpg since I am having fun with the skinny pedal. Thanks to all the guys at Superchips for this mod.

Hey kids, I bought and installed the Flashpaq today as well.
I run 91 octane so I set it for that tune and calibrated the tire size (32 inch) as well.

Im at nearly 4000 ft altitude, so my automatic wrangler was, well sucktastic to say the least. My 87 comanche would run away from it on the highway.

SUPER satisfied with this this thing, definatly more power and trans almost bangs shifts home if im hard enuff on the accelerator.

Worth every penny just so im not muttering " OH for Christ's sake c'mon already!!" and stabbing at the accelerator.

I can be a huge critic of aftermarket stuff with big marketing and little delivery.

But this delivers. Two thumbs up to the guys at Superchips!!!!

Just got one today. Updated the unit. Tuned the truck with 93 octane mode. The flashpaq saved the stock file and uploaded the tune. Awesome.

Then i went to change tire size, thats when the unit freaked out displayed a hex error code and general database error and has not funtioned since ... called tech, they took notes, passing to engineers. Lets see how long this takes, will be a good test.

Either way, i am stuck with 93 tune at moment with no way to return the truck to stock tune until they fix the flashpaq.

Overall, meh, neither satisfied or disatisifed ... i "think" there is more power ... but may be butt dyno calibration issues. Depending on how well they handle the error issue is how i'll feel about the money spent i guess...

Question Am I overlooking it?

Well I recieved mine today, just got done installing the 87 tune, but havent taken it out of the garage yet. It did start, so after the day I had, that is a bonus. I kinda wrecked my Tundra earlier, so nothing would surprise me. Anywho, did the latest update, installed, no major issues. However, I can't acess the "vehicle options" feature, don't really know if I need to. I was REALLY hoping to adjust the shift points and shift pressures, as every other Superchips product I've owned in the past has allowed me to do. One of the main reasons for buying the damn thing. I understand there are still issues with the TPMS and CRAWL functions, has anyone else been able to access the "Vehicle Options" menu?????? Or adjust the tranny functions????? Hope I'm just missing something, but don't think so. Thanks to David @ Northridge, and UPS for not losing it.

I don't worry about it. Air down, ride, air up. The worst you'll get - if aired WAY down is a light on the dash and one ding. No problem.

You mean two dings in your case. You forgot the one behind the wheel.

This is a pm reply from Scott at SC after I asked about the auto tranny tune on 5/7...

"Currently we do not have options to adjust trans settings like shift points or firmness."

Hopefully they're working on it...

2 Questions

1. Compatibility: can you run Superchips & AEV procal settings? for example, if you want to adjust tire sensors with Procal but tune with Superchips.

2. Is it Mac-compatible for updates?

I doubt it very much about running the two together, but don't know for sure. You need to pm Scott@Superchips.
