Well I got yet another update from the engineers at Superchips. Still have the same problem, Error G-3F. I told them I want a RMA number to get rid of this thing, I have had it a couple weeks with numerous updates they created just for me and it still doesn't work. They said no because the unit is good. Its good if I want to see what my VIN number is, other than that it is useless!

Bob O, I'd be tempted to contest that through my credit card Bank. Good luck.

Ditto. No mileage improvement and shifts sooner than I like.

Sorry if this was brought up in previous pages (didn't notice it when I was skimming) --

After installing the flashpaq, if you install aftermarket parts like an intake would you then have to reflash for the tune to pick it up or will it acqure the aftermarket part automatically?

You're giving it a bit more credit than it deserves. Both the flashpaq and the intake.

quick question cause im gettin one next week, if i plan on running the 93 octane tune, whats the best way to make the switch from 87? my gas tank is on E right now, so should i go ahead and fill er' up with 91 (think thats what we got here)?
figure its prolly not to good to add 91 to a tank half full of 87 huh?

I'd wait until you get the flashpaq and tune it before you go changing octanes. Bad for the engine if the timing isn't adjusted to cater to 91. If I were you I'd fill it with 87, try the 87 tune, then switch over to the 93 tune when you get to E again.
